The "Manage/Edit My Member Profile" page is managed by the administrator and relates to how your organization is presented for all transactions taking place on the marketplace.

You will not be able to proceed unless you have first completed and verified this page, nor if it is not kept up to date.

The Member Profile contains three categories of information:

  • information required for the execution of sales contracts concluded on the platform: company profile, identity of the signatory

  • information required by the operator for invoicing: VAT number, purchase order number (if applicable), and email address(es) of the invoice recipient(s)

  • and finally, information required by market regulations: financial statements for the last three years, professional liability insurance certificate, and—specifically for C2E Market—the following required elementsunder the “Risk Control” decree—capital ties with relevant entities (*), and risk management procedures. Please note: Whenever you make changes, your counterparties’ limits for your organization are automatically suspended until they have been notified of the changes. We therefore recommend updating all of these at the same time whenever possible, for example when publishing the latest financial statements.

Once completed or updated, you must certify the information by clicking the button at the bottom of the page—otherwise, your information will not be saved:

The information provided can have one of three statuses:

  1. public: all members have access to it—this is always the case for introductory information, which will appear in contracts.

  2. protected: only authorized members, as part of the limit-setting process, can access it. This is an option you can select for information required by market regulations.

  3. private: only you and the operator have access. This applies to general information about your company that does not reveal its identity, contact and billing information, as well as the service agreement and the market rules membership form.

Please note: if you set the information required by the market rules to “private” status, you will never have access to documents of the same type that your counterparties have classified as “protected.” If you wish to access them, you must classify them as “protected.” To change a document’s status, simply click “Edit” and then change the status in the pop-up window that appears:

As for your company’s contacts, they do not need to be users. Their roles are defined as follows:

  1. Legal Representative: the signatory(ies) of sales contracts

  2. Administrative contact: the person(s) to contact if there is a problem with the execution of sales contracts

  3. Billing: the person(s) who will receive invoices, whether from the operator or your counterparties.
