Create user accounts

If you are an administrator, you can add or remove users and assign them permissions by going to Configuration/Users.

• Trader = Representative Account as defined in the Service Agreement, which allows the User (i) to access the Platform and (ii) to post buy or sell offers on the Platform on behalf of the Member and to enter into Transactions, within the limits set forth in the Agreement

• Admin = Administrator Account as defined in the Service Agreement, allowing the User: (i) to access the Platform, (ii) to use the Administration Console and, in that capacity, to create and delete Supervisor Accounts and Representative Accounts within the limits set forth in the Agreement, and (iii) to view and download all data relating to the Member Account’s activity, as well as the Statistical Data published by the Operator;

• Supervisor = Supervisor Account as defined in the service agreement, allowing the User: (i) to access the Platform and (ii) to view and download all data relating to the Member Account’s activity, as well as the Statistical Data published by the Operator;

• BackOffice = enables the management of deliveries, in accordance with the contracts entered into

• Substitute = allows a User to designate a Substitute for a specified period, subject to approval by the administrator. Please note that the substitution does not incur any additional charges. For more information on managing substitutions, see this article
