Fill out and update your Member Passport

The member passport must be kept up to date in order to conduct transactions on the platform. Updates are made in draft mode by a user with “Administrator” or “Passport Delegate” permissions and are then applied once they have been signed and certified by an Administrator.

The information required to execute sales contracts, as well as that required by market regulations, is found in the “Organization” and “Documents” sections.
Warning! Whenever you modify the information required for counterparty validation procedures, your counterparties’ limits within your organization are automatically suspended until they have been notified of the changes. We therefore recommend updating them all at the same time whenever possible, for example when the latest financial statement is published. The only exceptions are certificates, whose renewal on the anniversary date does not require a new review by the counterparties.
Documents can have two possible statuses:
public: all members have access to them.
protected: only authorized members, as part of the limit-setting process, can access them. This is an option you can select for information required by market regulations.

The passport also includes a Billing section, which contains the information needed for the Operator to issue invoices—VAT number and, if applicable, purchase order number in the “Billing Reference” field. These fields can be updated directly by a user with “back office” permissions via the management/billing page.
Finally, the profile contains a “Contacts” section, whose entries do not need to be users. Their roles are defined as follows:
Legal Representative: the signatory(ies) of the sales contracts
Administrative contact: the person(s) to contact if there is a problem with the fulfillment of sales contracts
Billing: the person(s) who will receive invoices, whether from the operator or from your counterparties. Please note: if you want these individuals to have access to invoices issued by the operator, you must also grant them “Back Office” access.
